Chef Jean-Paul and the crew head to Tensas, Louisiana, for season 3, episode 2 of Duck Camp Dinners. To kick things off, the team meets up with Brad Eldridge, owner of Parish Waterfowl and famous call maker. With low water levels and limited options, wood ducks and squirrels are the targets. They hunt the expansive Tensas River National Wildlife Refuge in hopes of checking both species off the list.
Throughout the episode, the crew continues to chase various species—mallards, honkers, and even deer—to fill the freezers for the upcoming year. With a mixed bag of gathered and harvested bounties, Chef Jean-Paul sets out to make a mouth-watering dirty rice. Stay tuned as the crew puts the nose to the grindstone in this episode of Duck Camp Dinners.
