Timber Hunting Films:

For many timber hunters, the White Oaks Duck Woods is the stuff of legend. Over 3,000 acres of land and 1,700 acres of mature hardwood, it is truly a duck mecca. In this film from DayBreak Outdoors, dive head first into what White Oaks has to offer on opening day.

Releasing this year as part of the Chêne Film Festival, Reelfoot Religion is just as much a documentary as it is a hunting film. It explores the history of Reelfoot Lake, the culture around waterfowl hunting, and the last few guides with permanent blinds. It is truly an ode to the history of timber hunting along the Mississippi flyway and one that surely made the cut.

Dennis Loosier, better known as Dr. Duck, is a living legend who has devoted his entire life to hunting ducks. In this YETI Presents film, you dive into who Dr. Duck is, his passions, and, of course, timber hunting. With a wealth of knowledge and drive to be the best, this film is loaded with great hunting and great tips to make your days on the water more successful.

A good lab and timber hunting go together like bread and butter. In this Sitka Film, the audience follows Barton Ramsey as he works with and trains some of the best hunting dogs out there. If you’re looking for fast action and a lot of greenheads, this Divebomb film is the one for you. The team hunts Strait Lake and watches as birds pour through the trees before first light.
